The idea
I's been seeing a lot of improvements in my neighborhood (Washington St/Norwell St). However, expanding the wicked free Wi-Fi network in areas that don't have it would be great. Speed bumps on roads which tend to have cars speeding.
Who it helps and why
02121-02128: It will allow everyone the opportunity to have Wi-Fi, also for those whom do not have unlimited services on their cellular device it will help reduce the cost of their cellphone bill. Speed bumps can provide us with a sense protection for the youth also reduce accidents.
