The idea
Create 3rd space in West Rox. It’s one of the most suburban-feeling neighborhoods in the city, and a park would allow for more interaction within the community-not just kid’s slides, but benches and covered picnic areas, room for pickup games.
Who it helps and why
West Roxbury lacks outdoor space for anyone above the age of 10 to enjoy the outdoors without buying anything. Having such a park space would allow for all ages and backgrounds to come together.
