The resident's idea, as submitted
The idea
Shade structures and water fountains for all playgrounds. Playgrounds are a vital community-gathering and safe place for children, but equipment can be dangerously hot and lack of shade and water can lead to sunburns and heat exhaustion.
Who it helps and why
Not all children have access to yards at their living place. Playgrounds are places where children of all backgrounds gather and play.
