The idea
Make picnic seating available all over Boston’s iconic emerald necklace.
Who it helps and why
Paris makes their city feel like a community by being a picnic city besides being bike friendly. I think being able to enjoy meals not just at restaurants or homes could bring people in closer by making this city feel more of a community.
