Heated and cooled temporary shelters in parks
The resident asks for temporary heated, lit and cooled spaces in common parks with free programming, so neighbors can gather outside their homes during extreme temperatures without paying.

The resident's idea, as submitted
The idea
Temporary third spaces that are heated and illuminated for winter time and cooled for summer time in common parks so that we can spend time outside of our homes and in community during the most extreme temperatures of the year doing free programming.
Who it helps and why
One of the challenges communities have in connecting with each other is being able to go to places without spending. During our dark winter months people are forced to spend most of their time indoors or go out and be forced to be in a paid space. This space would allow a reprieve from the cold winter and hot summer and allow fun programming to take place.
