The idea
Where-EVER we have a municipal rubbish receptacle, add a recycling receptacle. I understand this requires access to collect recyclables - SO many single use plastic bottles at Cassidy Park, Cleveland Circle. Start at parks with only sports facilities
Who it helps and why
Recycling reduces plastic use which is petroleum based product, fossil fuels=climate change, differential impact on BIPOC
