The idea
Fund school year youth jobs!!
Who it helps and why
Many working teens with school year jobs used those wages to feed/house/clothe/pay bills for/etc. their families and themselves. Of these teens, the majority are low-income BIPOC youth. Restoring funding for these jobs would be life changing for these teens, their families, and those they’re in community with. BIPOC youth are the future; fund the future!!
