Finding career opportunities within the neighborhood you live in. There are some jobs, but little career opportunities for our youth and seniors to stay in their neighborhoods. Many people leave and bring their skills elsewhere when the need is local
Who it helps and why
This provides more opportunities for residents to stay and give back to their neighborhoods. This will create pathways to build generational wealth and community wealth without gentrifying people out.
