The idea
Redesign of the Pagel soccer field fencing in JP. Currently the abutting houses are pummeled with soccer balls daily. Parks department doesn’t seem to have the resources to fix the issue of inadequate fencing.
Who it helps and why
The field is highly used by the local Haitian soccer leagues. Would go a long way to alleviating tension between local residents and the youth and young men who love using the field (majority of whom are Black or Hispanic)
