The idea
Better lighting for pedestrians on Cambridge Street overpass crossing Masspike. There are scattered lights in the median of this road but none in the overpass area, and it is very dark on the sidewalks. This will make it safer for pedestrians/cyclist
Who it helps and why
There are dedicated bike lanes there as well as sidewalks to the side, and it is heavily used by mainly college students crossing Masspike to either go to Cambridge or into Lower Allston- makes it more walkable.
