Public restrooms near Ruggles T stop

Resident asks for public restrooms near Ruggles station because none are reliably accessible to riders, and the area becomes unsanitary, especially late at night and after large gatherings.

English title and summary written with AI from the resident's text.

The resident's idea, as submitted

The idea

The Ruggles T stop needs nearby public restrooms that are accessible for people taking both the train and the busses. I, and many others I assume, have seen urine on the ground while waiting for busses late at night. This is unsanitary and gross

Who it helps and why

There are not public restrooms accessible near many major T stops. Ruggels, for example, has a restroom for T employees but they do not always let the public use the bathroom. The nearby university discourages the public from going into their buildings, and nearby shops require bathroom users to be customers. By having an area that many people gather in, without a public restroom, the area can quickly become unsanitary after parades or other holidays where there are groups of people needing to use the restroom.
