Having a dog park in Roxbury would be helpful.
Who it helps and why
Many dog owners don’t have access to yard space where their dogs can enjoy off-leash time outdoors. I’ve noticed some people letting their dogs off leash in public areas, which makes me a bit nervous. I’ve always wished there were a designated space where my dog could safely play and socialize with other dogs. I want to respect the rules, but I also want to be the best dog owner I can be and that includes giving my dog opportunities for social interaction.
