Who it helps and why
A lot of members of our community work one or multiple jobs, varying hours of the day. Currently there lacks the infrastructure for parking, many of those in our community travel for work using vehicles. If we were to implement our parking lot in East Boston this would bring more income, opportunities, and comfortability for our members of our community that are made up of POC.
