Install year round public bathrooms adjacent to the park
Who it helps and why
A lot of people need bathrooms and they can be hard or awkward to use when they are not properly marked as public inside private buildings. Having a public bathroom in or near the park will be extremely helpful during baseball games or just everyday when people need to go as right now they seem to be using my doorway as a urinal.
