The idea
The Mather Elementary is the 1st Elementary School in America. Located right here in Dorchester, only a mere 15 years younger than the City of Boston. We do not have a quality differently abled playground or building. I would like to change this.
Who it helps and why
Social & Racial Equity is at the helm of the Mathers plan to improve our community. When our community thrives so does our school. If awarded these funds this upgrade will open doors to allowing us to serve our whole community removing this barrier and improving our equitable footprint.
