i would take 2 million dollars and try and work discount price for large quality of tickets from the Opera House events and the Symphony and distribute those tickets to all our city run community centers for them take the Children to on Friday night, Saturday or Sunday day. so our children are exposed to The Arts in a high caliber Profession format of the world class. just saying. we need to fully educate are children to our best abilities and possibilities.
