The idea

Trash Barrels

Who it helps and why

Public Health. we have a rat problem that’s been getting worse and worse in Charlestown and the city isn’t doing much to address it. i would replace all the city open trash barrels in all the city parks and on the streets with enclosed Trash barrels so rats can’t get in them and eat and reproduce as often. so basically cut off the rats daily food source. if you cut off the rats food source enough they kill and eat each other including their own babies. that’s why a rat is the worst thing to call a person.
