Resident asks for more rec centers with courts offering both open gym and reservable hours, because affordable places to exercise and play sports are hard to find.

The idea
More rec centers with courts for various types of sports, and the ability to have both open-gym and hours reserved by the general public. It's really difficult to find places to workout/play sports where you don't have to pay a ridiculous amount of $
