The idea
Have city community centers sponsor early evening get together social programs for young teens. Most schools do not have social events for this age group and it would be great to have planned, supervised social evenings with music/activities.
Who it helps and why
City can help foster relationships among this age group. Suburban communities provide this type of programming. This brings programming into underserved communities.
