The idea
Cleaning up Sullivan Square. There is an overflow of weeds along highways & near train station. It also seems to always have litter EVERYWHERE! Homeless people are always panhandling & there should be social outreach happening regularly.
Who it helps and why
Pride in the neighborhood. Broken glass theory, reduce crime, & make it a safer space for families & youth to walk & enjoy near public transportation
